Frequently asked questions
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Domestic (U.S.) orders and international orders both ship — all prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
How much is shipping?
U.S. orders of $50 or more ship free; otherwise a flat $5.99. International orders of $80 or more ship free; otherwise a flat $19.99.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns page for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email service@mordeco.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
We're sorry! Email service@mordeco.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange an exchange or refund.
